To preserve the longevity of the painting, it is recommended that the artwork is kept away from excessive moisture, direct heat sources, and prolonged exposure to intense sunlight.

Each original artwork is carefully handled and professionally packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Shipping Costs:Shipping is calculated at checkout based on delivery location and parcel size.
Processing Time:Please allow 7 working days for packing and dispatch. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
Packaging:Original artworks are packaged with specialist protective materials suitable for fine art transport. This includes secure wrapping, corner protection (where applicable), and reinforced outer packaging to minimise risk during transit.
Delivery Method:All original artworks are sent via a tracked and insured delivery service. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Insurance:All shipments are insured up to the value of the artwork for peace of mind during transit.

Return Policy – Original Artwork
Original Artwork Returns
Due to the unique and original nature of each piece, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.
If you purchase an original artwork online and wish to request a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and the buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the artwork has been safely received and inspected. Any damage incurred during return transit may affect eligibility for a refund.
Please note:
Commissioned or bespoke artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Minor variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings and are not considered faults.
As all original artworks are handmade, subtle surface variations, textures, and material characteristics form part of the unique nature of the piece and are not grounds for return.
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so the issue can be resolved promptly.
